My father who is 86 got a Covid test and they told him that they would have the results in 3 days. He waited to get an email or they that would call him if it was positive. No call and no email. Then he was told told if he didn't get either he was negative. Summit Medical Group is pretty reputable, but being told that if he didn't see either he didn't have it, is not ok and he was very confused.

After checking in through a new keypad system and PAYING, I waited 1.5 hrs to be seen. When I spoke with the attendant, they told me they did not see my registration, a glitch in their system. They took me in next which was helpful. I have been calling their various numbers to speak with the doctor and NO ONE answers the phone there. I called last night and have been on hold for 1.5hrs this morning. The prednisone and inhaler they gave me has done nothing to help me. I have a major surgery coming up in 14 days and can't be sick at all. Some of us DO NEED antibiotics to get better. No one picks up the phone, can not reach the doctor who treated me. If you can not reach the doctor who treated you in my mind is completely unprofessional. They have attendants behind a window. They are not even checking patients in now so why are they not answering the phones there? I have used them in the past without problems, but this was/is unacceptable to me. How can you run a medical facility without answering your phones?

called looking for covid test 6:12pm. The lady that answered the phone sounded miserable, but said as long as I am here by 6:30 they will give me one. I said I am down the street if I am a few min late is that ok, she said no 6:30 they stop. I rush to get there I walk at 6:29 and show the guard or whatever he is my phone and he said no we will not take you. Asked to speak to the manager whoever they brought out was clearly an idiot and had compassion. Horrible place to go, so rude. I will never go to another smg site in my life

Have been a patient of the group for over 60 Years. The medical receptionist in Livingstons Urgent Care office registrar was uncaring and inefficient. Refused to answer basic questions and seemed more interested in forcing a long waitime. This was on Saturday morning, July 31. Will never go there again and be subjected to their bad customer care. W et to Berkeley Heights Urgent Care and received great care! This lady should not be in Customer service…
