I had been coughing for a week and had lost my voice.  I went in to just check.  The staff are great, but I booked a 2pm appointment and was not seen until 3:20pm.  I was referred for a chest x ray and then returned to Urgent care for the follow up.  I had not expected the visit to take over 3 hours, but everyone was professional, very kind and helpful.  The online scheduling led me to believe I would actually be seen at 2pm.
