This urgent care is an unethical RIP off! I went in for a strained muscle pain. Dr Ansali came in and said that he couldn't do anything at this office...I should go to the ER. He did not look at the muscle on my shoulder at all. I told him that I should have been advised of this at the registration desk, prior to going into the office for treatment. They simply take your money for entering the back office. The patient advocate department is also a joke. They advocate on behalf of Sutter, not the patient. My complaint was dismissed so they could bill for the visit, regardless. I feel so duped and I WISH that I would have read the reviews prior to going. Sutter Health has a pretty office setting but this bad is business for patients.
