The whole staff was quick and nice. Doctor was very kind and personable. Walked in and immediately greeted with a hand shake and high five, and proceeded to make the visit all around fun while still able to get us in and out in a timely manner.

I had a severe sinusitis, made an online appointment, and was seen almost immediately upon arrival. The staff & PA was super caring, friendly, & kind. Within 1 hour of leaving their office, I had my medications and started on my way to recovery.

I feel like I wasted my money paying a co-pay and seeing a doctor that didn’t know anything I’m still sick. I’m gonna go get a different opinion somewhere else and I’ll never be back again. Don’t go there and I can’t stand this place. This place is awful. The doctor I saw was not good. I’ve never seen him there before and I’ve been going to this place for years but at this place with this doctor is not good. I would not recommend it to my friends anymore or family..

Very efficient .. the girl at check in was awesome she made check in so easy.  X-rays on site.   Very friendly great staff.   Wait time very minimal.   Highly recommend this office if you don't feel like waiting for hrs.  In the ER or other urgent cares.

Came in with a sprained ankle, Staff was friendly and welcoming to any questions or concerns, check in was easy, the wait time was long but I expected it as this is the only place I know open 24/7, care was great, had to ask for instructions as to how long I needed to care for my injury and how the recovery process is. Everything went well and I would come here again!

Once arrived and checked in the staff were king, fast and really took the time to listen to me and ask various questions, the Dr also was very kind and listened to me and explained everything he was doing. I’ll definitely be returning.

I was not able to get dog bite injury treated (stitches) by urgent care and sent to ER. Not sure the actual reason. I believe due to short staff of doctors working that night. I was told by ER that it could have been been treated at urgent care. Slight wait time but overall not too bad considering the number of patients waiting. Pleasant experience with staff and prep care otherwise.

Was able to get seen when I went but the provider took forever to see me in the room. There werent even that many patients waiting There were 2 people ahead of me and it still took forever to be seen

It has been a while since I last came, but it’s the only urgent care in Temecula I trust. The PA, Craig, was extremely thorough and reassuring. Every staff member from the front office to the medical assistant I interacted with was awesome as well.

I'm leaving a review and I'm still waiting here. That doesn't make any type of sense. For what is normally charged this definately isn't worth it
