I walked in and there were was only one patient in the waiting area. I waited for 1.5 hours to be sent to a examination room. Where I waited an additional 30-40 minutes. Finally Dr. Moreno came if and used her stethoscope to listen to my lungs. Ordered Ex-Rays. Waited another 20 minutes before a x-ray technician came in and took me to the X-ray room. She walked back and forth several times, by that time I was frustrated with this office. I left and decided to go to another location. When I arrived they said I would have to pay out of pocket because I was already seen at a different location. I left I have contacted the Texas Bar association and the attorney general. If my insurance is charged for this including my copay, I will call and file fraud.
