My 3 year old became sick while we were visiting lake Texhoma. I took him to the Durant Urgant Care on a Saturday morning. I was the 3rd-4th in the door, arrived at 9:03. He was not seen until 10:15 and 11 people went back before us. The only person that was kind to us in the entire office was the nurse. Dr. Rogers had a horrible bed side manor with me and my son. The ladies at the front desk spent much of their time chatting with each other. It took them 35 minutes to get my son’s chart entered into the computer. If you are worried about keeping your medical records privite, this is not the place to go. The ladies at the windows talked loudly about almost every chart they were working on. I will not ever step foot back in this place.
