The doctor didn’t directly answer any of my questions or concerns. He made me feel like I was stupid. He said I only took a Covid test because politicians and the media told me to. I actually got tested because I had 2 symptoms and even though they were mild I still wanted to know if I was positive or negative.

This review is based on what my wife and I experienced today 2/4, at the Brick office. I was diagnosed with Covid on 1/23, my wife on 1/19 and have been in quarantine since. Our symptoms have gotten much worse during this time and we were very concerned so we made an appointment here so we didn’t end up in the hospital. When DR MARY DANIELLE came into the room she was very rude. I told her I was experiencing shortness of breath, congested, low blood pressure , headaches and wanting to sleep more then 14 hours a day. Her answer was “it’s going to last as long as your body wants it to”.”Could be over a month”. She also went on how there’s nothing she can do and how she gets paid by the hour. That’s right, she felt like it was necessary to tell us she gets paid by the hour! Not once did she examine me, she didn’t listen to my chest or breathing, even though I said congested and shortness of breath, didn’t look in my eyes, ears or mouth, and didn’t even bother to take my blood pressure. SHE DID NOTHING! ZERO!! Most unprofessional doctors experience I’ve ever been apart of. My wife didn’t even get her turn to be examined on the table as this doctor wanted absolutely nothing to do with us and was talking to us like we were stupid. This is a global pandemic, if you don’t want to help people then don’t be in the medical field Dr Mary Danielle!!!!!

My family and I went in for a rapid test as well as a PCR test and we were told we had to pay $35 each for the rapid test. The doctor was very nice that perform the test and that’s where the positive ended. My wife and I received the results of our rapid test about 20 minutes later that we were both negative. Short time later both of my children receive their negative results. One hour later we get another phone call stating my wife was positive and that the doctor took the test results out of the machine before the timer was up causing the incorrect result. We were never sent a link for a portal to get copies of our results nor were we able to have them email to us from the office. After getting the results of the PCR once again via telephone only, I was told I needed to physically come back to the office to get copies so I may return to work. Went to another location to have another PCR done to confirm that my children and I are negative and my wife is positive. Very unprofessional

Beware when you go to a doctor at urgent care! I went to The Doctors Office Urgent Care in Brick, NJ. My doctors office closed early due to COVID. The receptionist said they took my insurance and she copied my insurance card. I received a bill of $140 before Christmas. I couldn't get in contact with the billing department, so I actually went back to the urgent care center and asked if they took my insurance and the receptionist confirmed with a yes, and told me to call the billing department. I called my insurance and they told me the nurse practitioner was out of my network and that I have to file an appeal with my insurance company. I called The Doctors Office Urgent Care billing office and just go off the phone with the manager of the billing department of the Doctors Office and she told me it is my responsibility when going to urgent care to ask the person before treating you if they take my insurance. I told her that I did ask if they took my insurance and it is not my fault they assigned someone to treat me that is out of my network! She told me that Urgent Care have the right to assign people out of the insurance network. Never again!
