What patients are saying...

I was a “walk-in” with no previous knowledge of recommended protocols.  I was able to wait for my turn.  Unfortunately, it ended up being over 3 hours.  I then waited after checking in with the person who took my vitals for another 45 minutes.  The Nurse Practitioner explained that there was an unusually high volume of patients. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my issues and provided the necessary treatment.

Easy to book an appt but completing the “paperwork” was a long process as I had a high temp and fighting nausea as a result. Then once there I had a process to complete to sign up for some internal payment program.  The system wasn’t cooperating and I had to ask for help and the clerk even had to call management and another staff person to help. Not what I needed with how badly I felt. By the time I was finally checked in it was 35 minutes past my appt time. The triage person was nice but the person who assessed me already had my dx and meds called in before walking in.  I got worse as the day went, called them back and they told me there was nothing else they could do there. That I would have to go to the ER or call 911.  Not sure what capabilities they have there but apparently pretty limited.  Was not helpful to me.

Needed immediate care as a traveler and this office was friendly, well staffed and appointed.  The day after my visit, I’m feeling so much better after their professional care.  I highly recommend!

wait time was a little long but other than that my experience was pretty good, the staff was very helpful they got me in and out very fast. Overall, I would say that the ambassador urgent care was great and I would go there again.

I had a appointment at 2:10 didn’t get into the room tell 3:10 then it took the rude doctor 40 min to come in to look at me for maybe 3 mins to tell me there’s nothing wrong. Turns out I have a terrible ear infection. The nurse and the two desk lady’s were very very nice but the doctor had terrible manners and people skills. I will never be back and tell eveyone I know to stay away

Came in for a DOT physical. This is the second time first one was done in February. My blood pressure was too high. I do not drive commercial vehicle. I just have kept my CDL when I came in the first time they said I would have to pay the $95 again to do a DOT physical. When I came in the second time, they said all I needed was to come back to take the blood pressure I believe. Very confusing doctor on staff was not very nice and pay another $95 on Tuesday. Very frustrating.
