I have been there a couple of times and it’s always been very quick and very professional. I love this.

I went in for an issue due to an allergic reaction. I was told they could give me a steroid shot so I checked in. After getting into the room I was told they had been out of steroid shots for over a week. It would have been nice to know that because I would have gone somewhere else. This isn't the fault with the provider, but administration should do a better job of communicating available services.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. My appointment was scheduled for 2:20 p.m., but I did not see a doctor until 3:30 p.m. During that time, there was no communication or explanation for the delay. I understand that medical offices can get behind, but a little communication and courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, the overall environment also lacked professionalism. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming, and the restroom door did not lock. There were also multiple bottles and miscellaneous items left on the bathroom counter, which added to the impression that the facility was not well maintained. Overall, the experience fell short of what I would expect from a healthcare provider. Between the lack of communication, customer service, and attention to the facility, I will not be returning.

I visited urgent care because I was sick and unable to get an appointment with my regular doctor. I’ve been here before and had a good experience, usually being seen and taken care of fairly quickly. This visit involved a much longer wait, but I didn’t mind because I understood that wait times can vary and trusted that I would eventually be seen. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. When I asked a question, the woman working there responded rudely by telling me to “read the sign” rather than simply providing assistance. I understand that staff can be busy, but there is a difference between being busy and being dismissive toward someone who is sick and seeking care. Her attitude was so off-putting that I honestly wanted to leave, but I was too sick to do so and needed medical attention. As I sat and waited, I observed her interactions, and based on my experience, I do not believe she is the right person to be the first point of contact for patients. She wouldn't work for me! Thankfully, the rest of the staff was wonderful. They were friendly, hardworking, and genuinely caring. The doctor was amazing, very professional, and made the visit worthwhile. Overall, I appreciate the care I received from the medical team, especially the doctor. However, first impressions matter, and the front desk experience did not reflect the professionalism and compassion demonstrated by the rest of the staff. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect from the moment they walk through the door.

Everyone was so kind and the wait for everything was very short.

Had been dealing with congestion and pain for a couple days. Made an appointment easily online showed up for my appointment about 15 minutes early and waited almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The front desk receptionist was friendly.   The clinic was relatively clean.  The medical staff were nice enough.  The visit just seemed rushed and very impersonal.

Presented last night at around 740pm… well aware of closing time at 8. Front desk staff not friendly, nursing staff who took vitals and history not kind. Multiple comments made about not getting out on time in front of us. Could tell they were irritated we were there. Provider was kind and thorough, very quick visit. But would not return or recommend.

Walked in and was the only patients waiting. Took them about 15-20 mins to actually call me back. The nurse was so kind and friendly. The Dr who saw me was super helpful, gave several recs for me in the future and wrote an antibiotic. However, the prescription was never called in. I had went to the pharmacy twice that afternoon and finally called NextCare to check on it. The receptionist said it was never sent in. So that was really defeating feeling since it had been 4 hrs since I left urgent care and had been in a lot of pain. It really made me question what the word “urgent” meant to the facility. I understand people get distracted, but I was the only patient there from start to finish of my appointment. So I feel hurt that there wasn’t a lot of activity going on in there yet I was so easily forgotten once I was discharged. I’d recommend this place, but also would recommend double checking the office is doing what they say before you leave.

Not super impressed when I show up to a medical facility with my kids and the receptionist is wearing a budweiser jacket promoting alcohol and I have to explain to my children what that is. This is just absurdly unprofessional. Then I was belittled about not paying the copay on previous visit when they attempted to charge me for a specialty clinic copay. Instead of a regular visit copay. A medical facility is always supposed to be a professional and respectable place. By the way the nurse and provider where excellent.
