Everything was great, except for I had made an appointment the night before and wasn’t seen for an hour later, that wasn’t the problem, the problem was not being communicated to about the delay

I did a walk in visit for a sore left arm. I didn’t like that I had to do the check in paperwork on my phone. I was the only one in the waiting area and it took 15 minutes to get me back to do vitals. Then I sat in a room for at least 20 minutes waiting on a the nurse practitioner to come. Then she came in barely looked at me and sent me out the door with a prescription. I will do my best to never have to visit this place again. I felt like I annoyed her and she didn’t want me there.I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I was able to schedule online and remain discrete about the reason for my appointment. There’s nothing more embarrassing than to have to say what your symptoms are in the waiting area. I don’t want people to know I have a rash or cough or whatever symptoms. It was quic, easy and the staff was great!

Very helpful, quality care and service. Dr gave me time I needed, answered my questions, didn’t rush me. All good, staff kind, didn’t have to wait long. Will be back.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff at the clinic for the excellent care and service I received during my visit. A special thank you to the nurse for being very kind, patient, and professional. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns I would also like to thank the doctor for the excellent care, professionalism, and attention he provided. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain everything clearly and make sure I received the proper  Thank you again to the entire team for your outstanding care and kindness. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was able to schedule quickly on a weekend day to get relief for sinus infection brewing. I knew these start as viral but also know how quickly it can become bacterial and spread to the ears, throat, etc. This provider shared no information I didn’t know and basically said you need to be sicker longer in order to eligible for antibiotics. Well, overnight the congestion moved to my ears causing pain and headaches! Went to another Urgent Care provider, received a better overall assessment, more empathetic to my concerns, and antibiotics were added to my continued care plan. We also talked about the best over counter products to consider.  Probably not go back to NexCare Urgent Care.
