I’ve always enjoyed the Hampton TAUC, great staff all around. But my 3/10/22 visit was above all else. I explained my fear of a DVT and was brought back right away, Dr. Cornish was incredibly helpful and immediately referred me to the ER which in all likelihood saved my life. The ER found an acute DVT in my leg and a small pulmonary embolism in one of my lungs. Dr. Cornish recognizing the severity of my leg pain and wasting no time sending me to the hospital prevented any further clots from traveling to my lungs. I can’t thank him enough!

The staff did not ask me if I wanted my prescriptions filled with them or sent to my pharmacy. When I got to the front desk my prescriptions were already charged. The total was over $70. I would have paid much less if I was given the opportunity to have them filled at my pharmacy. The staff should make patients aware that they are being charged for meds without insurance prices. People come to the office sick and would appreciate not being charged outrageous prices.

I made an appointment the night before. I was taken to a room very fast. The staff was very pleasant and caring.

Went in for a finger laceration. Was bleeding pretty badly but they got me in right away and cleaned up, stitched up, out, and I was back to work in about 90 min. and part of that was waiting for my ride so probably more like just over an hour. Staff was friendly, Dr. was nice and told me everything he was doing before he did it (and even told me when it was going to hurt) and gave me good follow-up / care instruction. And now I have a set of awesome stitches that my friends and family are referring to as my "Franken-finger." Hey, might as well laugh when life throws you a bad day and TAUC helped by not making the bad day worse.

Unbelievable service! Dr. spire and team or fantastic! Dr. spire went over and beyond for me, as there is so much red tape getting an MRI pre-certified through my insurance company. I am so very thankful! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the facility and staff members are.
