The staff made this experience amazing. Everyone is helpful and polite! The office was clean and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Our main PCP didn't have an appointment for about 3 weeks and we needed this asap. Got us right in and took care of us. Definitely will keep them in mind for the future.

The check in processed is a bit confusing because you are asked to fill out your forms via Solv. app. But the information doesn’t transfer to the office staff, Causing duplication and additional time to complete paperwork. Plus the patient is asked to submit copies of the same insurance cards, driver’s license etc. twice.

I just appreciated getting in for a COVID test. Thank you. Booked my appt on line. I am surprised that insurance isn't covering the cost of the rapid test. It certainly seems to me that if people knew they tested positive for COVID, it would help inhibit the spread.
