I've been in Benicia's Urgent Care a few times. Every time I've gone in, I've been met with friendly smiles, reassurance and patience. The level of professionalism and care is top notch. From support to medical staff, I feel care for and respected.

Went in today for a sore hand. The staff was great. I was called in at my appointment time. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

As a walk-in appointment, I was surprised that the wait was so short. Because I was a new patient, there was paperwork to complete. Staff was great when I needed help managing the forms on my phone. My doctor listened and heard what I said. He tailored my treatment and explained every step. It's been years since I've had a medical appointment with such a personal touch.

I’m so glad that went in - why do we wait til it gets so bad?  I’m already feeling better….thank you so much to the staff and provider! ❤️

My regular doctor takes off for vacation and I am grateful for Urgent Care. Regardless of who I have seen, all my care has been excellent. This time I received medication for Covid that has been a Godsend. Everyone in the office is helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely great care and service. This is the best thing Kaiser allows it’s’ members to utilize.

We’ve enjoyed your clinic but yesterday was the first time we noticed bad glove hygiene from two of the medical assistants (I assume that was their role based on what they were doing). There were two men that assisted us. One came in with gloves already on and started to get a nebulizer treatment started. I asked to please put on new gloves. The other MA had gloves on for using the computer, mouse, etc, then swabbed for a Covid test. I’ve worked in the clinic setting for years and was saddened to see the lack of glove hygiene. One MA held the top of the trash can lid with gloved hands and left the room. I can only assume he kept the gloves on for the next patient based on our experience.  I am sure the MA feels protected but it’s important the patient feels protected too. I’ll also say, the MA put the nebulizer mouthpiece down on the keyboard and used the keyboard tray as a spot to put patient equipment - this was also unsettling.  I hope this feedback gets taken into consideration.  The provider was great though! Very thorough. We hope to be back and see better glove use.

I have had a sore in my nose that has been getting worse and they addressed that. I am very pleased with the care I received.
