PA TU was amazing and very helpful. She was on point with her DX.

The staff is very friendly and attentive they don’t make you wait for a long time

This place is very unprofessional. Everyone working there are yelling to each other including the doctor. The doctor starts yelling at the workers about the patients putting all the patients information out there for the world to hear. And the doctor has the nastiest attitude when she doesn't understand what the patient is saying. The doctor also did not explain the diagnosis well so I had to keep asking her questions just for me to know what was wrong.

Woke up not feeling bad couldn’t get same day appointment so came to your urgent care and I was greeted with a friendly smile and no problem with walk ins doctor was very nice

The doctor was great she was very nice and helpful and caring. She apologize for the wait time saying she was the only one helping today that there was no other doctor.. Unfortunately, the front desk receptions were very rude. We’re trying to have me leave right away as soon as I walked in because they were so busy they did warn me that there would be a long time, but overall the way they spoke to me and tried to help me was very rude. I only have complaints about the front desk. The nurse to help me when it was time to go back and the doctor were great. It was just the rudeness of the front desk

Excellent service from doctor to front office. Still waiting to follow up with the doctor for x-ray.

My head was throbbing for a couple of days. I had an ingrown hair follicle that was infected. They called me in quick. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics and a cream to apply. I would recommend this urgent care.

Scheduling is very hard check-in was very easy. The staff is kind and I’ve had the best Care ever.

Was having a horrible pain in my back but the staff was especially helpful in checking me in and being very accommodating with my pain. Kimberly specifically was very polite and helpful. She went the extra mile while being concise and not overstepping any personal boundaries. I have never felt more safe and comfortable at a medical facility considering it’s a very nerve wrecking process for me, however Kimberly made it a great visit by being welcoming, considerate, and warm in her care.
