I hate that I couldn’t go in the back with my son. He is older but he has memory problems so I don’t know what’s wrong with him and he doesn’t remember so I still had to bring him to the Emergency Room. So it was a waste of my time going here

I needed to see a Dr ASAP & instead of me having to wait for a appt I was able to schedule one & be seen immediately . I had to come with my 7 month old baby and the staff were really helpful with my baby while I do a swab & give a urine sample . The Dr was very nice , professional & knew the answer to the questions I asked . If I had to choose this urgent care clinic I would choose this office everytime & refer others .

Scheduling was awesome waiting time was on point ! The staff was amazing besides checking out she had a terrible attitude rolling her eyes ( she’ll thick with black lips and deep wave hair ) I can’t believe Dr Jones have this type of attitude in the office
