My daughter got in ear infection over night. I couldn’t book with her pediatrician so I booked an appt online. It was super easy and quick to join the appointment. My visit to urgent care kids location was amazing Dr Wright and nurse Leila really took care of my daughter, she was feeling really bad and they went above and beyond. Dr Wright was so patient and letting my daughter know every detailed of her procedure she was about to have. From all the other locations I recommend this one.

First off and foremost, the staff was amazing. We were a walk-in without an appointment. They got us into a room almost as soon as I was done filling out paperwork. We had a bit of a wait. However, I expected a bit of a wait without having an appointment. We would have had a wait if we had gone to the ER. Noticing the amount of pain my son was in, the NP had an RN or MA provide him with some Motrin to give him some relief while we waited for the NP to see us. Once the NP arrived, the NP listened and then completed a thorough exam and provided an accurate diagnosis, provided medication and a prescription. I couldn't have asked for better care. The provider was incredible.

I always bring my daughter to the Brookhollow location for care. They are always so polite and helpful. The physicians are always so helpful to my daughter and I. The wait time is never over 15 minutes! That’s amazing in itself!
