Made an appointment online which was very easy. The wait time was a lot longer than what I expected especially since we had an appointment. But everyone was very nice and helpful. The only other thing I wasn't happy about was that the waiting area was a little messy there were tissues everywhere and the bathroom had no napkins. But this is actually the first time it's been like this.
