What patients are saying...

I love urgent care for kids because of location, ease of scheduling, and great bedside manner of the practitioners. The one improvement I recommend, is creating a way to stop people from scheduling themselves from home when the wait times get longer than 30 minutes. Today we had a creative nurse that offered us telehealth and curbside testing when the in house wait time was 1.5 hrs. That saved so much time and we were thankful for the option.

Woke up a couple days ago with a very bad sore throat. I tried to go to a walk-in care, but I was gonna be an hour wait. So I waited till the next morning and called  this location and was told that they could come out and swab my throat as I sat in the car, which suited me perfectly, I will definitely go back.

The nurse that swabbed my throat did not get to the back of my throat so the result was inaccurate and I had to go somewhere the next day to get an accurate result

No bedside manner. Very little contact. Did not respond to request to take flu test, did not send my prescription. Terrible service

Virtual visits and curbside tests are definitely the way to go. I have had both in-clinic and virtual visits, and virtual was much faster and more convenient. Either way, it is very easy to schedule an immediate appointment, and the staff is great.

Waited 40 minutes in the car for a curbside swab. And that was after finally going inside to ask since no one was responding to the texts.

Awfully unorganized.  No one knew what anyone else was doing.  Was told to switch to telehealth, switched and took longer than in office.  Dr on telehealth was confused. Had 3 kids being seen, not a good experience.  We’ve been many times before - has gone downhill
