Valley Patient Care Urgent Care, Manassas

I really did have a 5-star experience at Valley Patient Care Urgent Care in Manassas, VA. Everyone was friendly, helpful and more importantly thorough with my care. The Physician and Nursing staff were compassionate and caring. I had the upmost confidence in their abilities to diagnose me and provide appropriate treatment. I’ve decided to return to Valley Patient Care where I feel like my health is important to the staff! I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family or to anyone for that matter.

I made an online appointment. After entering the required information, my check-in at the facility was a quick sign-in. The provider was on-time and efficient. All questions were answered in a professional manner. The diagnosis was provided quickly and I was sent on my way in a short time.

This was my first visit. I had a infected finger that needed to be cleaned out and the nurse practitioner did a good job. I had made an 8:00am appointment but I had to wait quite a while and it was around 10 before we were finished. I was worried because I had to leave my invalid husband alone and I had left the house at 7:30AM. I called my neighbor to go to the house to make sure my husband was OK and to stay with him until I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy. I would recommend this clinic.

I started getting checked in and asked a question about my insurance, I was told by the misinformed person at the desk that they don’t accept my insurance. The person also had an attitude with the doctor when asked a question. I left, went to another facility and waited more than 2hrs to be seen when Valley Patient had only me in the waiting room. As I was waiting to be seen at the second place, I looked at the Valley Patient website and turns out they do in fact accept my insurance. Complete waste of time. Time I took out of my work day to be seen for a simple ear ache.
