I understand that wait times can inflate due to any number of factors. That is what working with human beings is like. I appreciate the staff’s honesty in sharing the wait time to the best of their ability, and so this is not at all the problem. The problem is that, after a 3 hour wait, the provider that saw me was seriously unprofessional. I do not think I’ve ever been spoken to- more like barked or snapped at- in this manner by a doctor before. I was made to feel stupid, as if I made the wrong choice in pursuing medical care at this facility, or as if the knowledge of what facility to pursue care at was taught in school and I just missed that lesson. I absolutely got the impression that this treatment had something to do with the wait times, as the doctor sat for maybe 5 seconds and didn’t even bother to close the door to the exam room at first, or after he had left when I was waiting for a follow up from another provider. I understand that things can get hectic, and maybe our work days throw us in an unexpected direction. That being said, I do not think it is my responsibility as a patient to receive the brunt of the provider’s stress and anxiety. I was in pain and hadn’t slept well in days because of that pain. That pain and exhaustion, the 3 hour wait, and the mistreatment from the initial provider made the experience among the worst I’ve had at an urgent care facility. I know things are difficult for everyone right now, and that we all have our struggles. I want to extend that empathy to this provider but also remind him that, just as he was probably having a lousy day, so was literally every patient that considered their options and decided that urgent care was the appropriate course of action. I urge this provider to remember that he does not know the experiences of his patients going into that room, and he will not learn of them without asking, at the bare minimum, calmly. Being in a medical setting can come with a lot of anxiety for many of us, and it is often made better by a doctor who is patient, gentle, and receptive to the patient’s attempts at communication. Those are always, always the doctors I feel most cared for by.

The doctor was very uneducated was using chatgpt and was trying to prescribe me stuff without any test results received.

Having terrible pain.Was able to book for same day appt. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Wait was almost 2hrs. I thought it would be shorter wait since I had an appt.

Was never seen, still waiting and it has been 3 hours.

Provider was in a hurry, lack of assessment, made assumptions, missed some key info.

Been having a cough for a couple weeks staff was amazing bringing me back to normal. Highly recommended

Waited over an hour so that was not great but the provider and the nurse were professional, attentive and friendly. Would recommend!

Early this morning I had aspirated acid reflux and was concerned that I might have an infection. However, I was told by the Physician’s assistant that it takes a few days for one to manifest as such. I came in too early.she was very nice and didn’t criticize me for coming in early.

Staff is very friendly! Over all a great experience.

The online scheduling is misleading. I did all the data entry and went to appt to find I scheduled an on line appt. I was sent home- Clarify on line vs in person appts.
