I had had a nasty fall. The doctor and x-ray technician were fabulous people. I felt I was in good hands.  The front desk staff were offputting. I really don’t blame them. It all comes down to money, doesn’t it? Perhaps if they had more money they could hire more front desk staff so they can be happy. They could hire more doctors, etc., so the wait time doesn’t have to be so very long.
