Staff didn’t know if they took my insurance. Ended up paying $140 out of pocket. Won’t return unless an emergency. I would not recommend

Ended up hurting my leg and needing x-rays, but the x-ray tech at this location either had called out or wasn’t in on a Saturday so they basically just gave me a x-ray prescription and I had to Uber 30 minutes away to their other location where they had an individual who could perform the x-rays

Fell inflicting a large cut on my forehead requiring stitches. The nurse was friendly and professional. The doctor was competent but did not speak clearly and was hard to understand. My regular physician confirmed my visual assessment that the stitches were expertly applied.

The nurse was wonderful and really took care of me. I felt like the doctor didn’t care nor wanted to listen. He just wanted to go with whatever he said. I think I’d look to see which provider is working next time before going again because I don’t really care to see that man again. He acted very much a dollar store brand of what you were hoping for. Everything else here is good.

I was able to get an appointment right away. Booking it online was perfect. The staff were kind and helpful, too.

Place was very cold and need lock on bathroom door. Staff was nice and saw me right away. Thanks.

The staff at Vista Medical Center is always great and today was no exception.

I felt like the practitioner was afraid of getting sick. She didn’t even got into the room to see me.  She was standing at the door and diagnosed me like that. They never checked my temperature and when I got home a had a high fever. Definitely not getting back.

Relatively easy to schedule.   NP Fever Berne was very professional, effective and attentive.   Facility was easy to find & convenient.  Some facility items looked a little dated and staff lab coats looked like they have seen better days.  But overall a convenient & easy appointment & treatment.  Friendly staff.

Excellent place. Only one didn’t know they had a parking area.
