DO NOT SEND your loved one to this POORLY run facility!! She would have gotten better treatment at the student center at a high school!! My daughter went there to get a strep and/or mono test and was never tested BUT was prescribed an antibiotic AND a steroid. Two conflicting prescriptions if she has either Illness. She can’t take steroids due to an existing condition because they could kill her by causing another brain tumor which when she advised the person that was attending to her that she had a previous brain tumor didn’t even inquire further as to what it was!! I called to inquire about her care while there and questioned why she was prescribed both without being tested and the nurse practitioner or doc or whatever she was childishly hung up on me twice!!!! I explained that I had written and verbal permission to talk to any doctor due to her previous condition and all she could say is that my daughter is 21 and couldn’t explain her reason for the bad medical treatment she received. The medical staff is VERY unprofessional and childish and would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy!

Very disappointed in the service we got. My daughter was tested for Covid . Came back negative . Was told my the PA that she still assumes everyone is positive since the test is not always right. Then the PA kept asking me what I wanted her to do. I suggested looking at her ears and throat. Then again she asked me what I wanted her to do and said “ sorry I’m just really tired since I just finished my lunch”. Now a few days later my child is still sick and vomiting . I have to take her to the her Pediatrician because she tested positive for a uti . Will not return.

Super annoyed-sounding worker interrupted the voicemail I tried to leave after 4 attempts to call went unanswered and told me to “download the app” and set an appointment for a COVID test. If the app she meant was the one that comes up on this site, it told me that location would require calling in and is not yet available on the app. I decided to use Rite Aid and will sooner bleed out driving to Findlay than ever go here.

The staff at front desk is so rude & it is obvious that is is due to race. I would not go back there again even if I was at deaths door. Do not recommend anyone go there for urgent care. When a person goes to urgent care it is because they are not well & the last thing they need is to be treated like that.

I’m giving them a 2 star review not because of the entire visit but specifically just the nurse practitioner Tammy. I have never experienced a health worker so rude from the moment we walked in. I had told her I hadn’t had the flu shot and she rolled her eyes and basically treated me as an inconvenience the entire appointment among many other condescending tones and gestures in a short period of time. My flu test came back positive as influenza B. Prior to this I was at home in bed for 2 days while my Husband missed a day of work to Stay home and take care of our 5 children, 3 of which are under the age of 5. I asked her if we could have a dr’s note for him (he still gets penalized however it looks better that he has proof that he wasn’t missing work for something not necessary) her response to my question was “Well don’t you have anyone else that could watch them?” I’m infuriated at this entire experience because of her! I was legitimately sick and it was not only apparent but proven!! We weren’t just some people off the street trying to get an excuse for work we were at home fighting the flu! And weather or not I didn’t get the flu shot in time does not give her the right belittle your patients! I will note that the Medical assistant was very warm, welcoming and sweet. I wish I would have caught her name, I feel bad for her that she has to work with a woman that has an awfully large object in her rear!!!!
