Paula the APRN was amazing. I get sinus infections all the time but this one caused me hearing loss and pain in one of my ears. Turns out I developed an ear infection on top of it all. She gave me something to help with my pain and antibiotics to get me better. She was super sweet and fantastic! I laughed at the end cause I was given princess stickers from her for being a good patient. Definitely will come back in the future if needed

I needed blood work to check for a tick born illness. I don't do well with needles but nurse Erika was fantastic. She is the best person to have draw blood. She was gentle and kept me occupied while doing her job.

I broke my back two years ago and had back surgery and lost the filling in my left leg. I was up all night with pain around my lower back and both legs so bad I was crying. As soon as I walked into urgent care, Washington regional the nurse got my information and within 10 minutes that they were calling me back to treat me. This is the second time I’ve been here and I was in and out quickly. Everybody here is super great and really puts their heart into their job and I’m very thankful for them!
