The Clinic needs better signage directing patients where to go. The building is under construction and once you enter the building the inside doors are not marked “Woodridge Clinic” for Covid testing. I needed the staff to put my name in their computer to see if I was in the right place due to multiple clinic doors . Also, the tech administering the test said her printer was down and could not print the results.

From start to finish I loved this visit. Easy making appt. Easy filling out forms. Staff was fabulous. Super fast. I would highly recommend visiting here.

The staff were all friendly and right on top of everything to take care of you right away. I was disappointed with my results as I feel fine but that is not their fault. This was my second appointment there and no one ever mentioned a price just asked for my insurance card.

This was my first time using your service and I can't get over how wonderful it was girls were great getting me checked in doing my test and everything went so fast it was really remarkable I will have to pass the name of your place on to a lot of other people thank you so much for taking such good care of me.

Everything was smooth. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was very short.

Went in for Covid tests. Staff clearly explained things and answered my questions.

Have gone to the same location for Covid testing when it was a drive-thru; and was always happy with the convenience and efficiency received. This visit I had to go inside the pharmacy to have my 2 children Covid tested. Our appointments were for 11:00 and 11:05. We had to wait in waiting room where a mom brought her sick child in who had his mask half on and he coughed consistently for the entire time we were there. We did not go back for the test until almost 11:30. I'm not sure what we were waiting for, seemed like there was an employee meeting going on.
