Absolutely terrible! I was told over the phone I could walk in that day to get covid testing. They failed to mention that that entailed a line of sick people waiting in the cold for an hour only to be told to come back hours later for their "appointment". I needed to get tested before work at 6pm, and I finally gave up at noon when a man came back out as said his appointment was at 6. There was no communication to help us understand what was going on, we had to figure it out by talking amongst ourselves. It was a nightmare, and other people have had this experience with them if you look through the other reviews here. How do you do that to people??

Nurse acted like she didnt want to be there, with horrible bed-side manner, filling out vitals on a post-it note, blood pressure cuff and finger clasp for pulse both on the floor. Combined with observation of another patient being treated with negative interaction at the front desk caused us to leave the facility. I pay too much for insurance coverage to be treated in this manner.

Took TWO relatives in for testing and was charged for THREE!! I called the facility and was told they do not handle billing and to call the billing dept at 844-597-5831. On hold for 35 minutes then was hung up on. Called back. same thing.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Went in for a test, then was told they would call me in 15 minutes and 24 hours later I am still waiting for a call on my results. I call and they never answer.
