This place is now my go to for anything urgent needed. I have been so used to feeling unheard and not valued as a patient, that their level of care and attention was a welcomed and much appreciated change. Both my nurse and nurse practitioner (Dr. P) were amazing. The nurse calmed me when I had to do a test that involved needles (I have a huge fear of needles) and didn't make me feel bad for it, instead comforting me and walking me through the process. I felt crazy walking in there, always having been made to feel that anytime I was sick I was overreacting, and believe me this was the worst I have ever felt. Within less than an hour, between the nurse and Dr. P, I had answers to my illness (Mono on top of other issues) medication, and a sense of calm that I will forever feel.

They were a bunch of people with no medical training. They will bill my insurance and I need to wonder if it will be insurance fraud due to whatever they bill was not done on a sound medical basis. Letting Blue Cross and Blue Shield know of the huge concerns I have.
