I have been to this facility three or four times over the past year and a half, and have always been very satisfied with the service. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and even with a full waiting room I've waited less than an hour to see the Doctor. Fantastic, IMO, for a walk-in service. As a cash customer I am very pleased that the one price paid upon sign-in covers anything and everything they deem necessary during the exam. Yes, I recommend them.

The front staff does not have the best customer service, she is short tempered and rude, doesn’t explain anything how the check in process works. The front is not the cleanest. She has a mess everywhere at her desk. You have to call a million times just to get ahold of someone. The back office is rude, they yell from the back to the front. The wait time is the longest process ever whenever there is hardly anyone in the lobby. Management is horrible.

It’s places like this that help contribute to the spread of COVID. I went online answered the questions booked my virtual appointment with the expectation of getting the Covid test. Once on the appointment the nurse proceeds to read the CDC guidelines and tell me that I don’t qualify for the test. I asked if I would be charged since I didn’t get the service that I requested and of course “she’s not in billing”. It’s a joke. Stay away!

I didn’t have a good experience or should I say my husband didn’t I have been there a lot of times and never had a copay or have to give my credit card information that’s the dumbest thing ever so my husband said he will not be bk to ur clinic

I was told it’s under new ownership, and it shows. Rather than being your friendly neighborhood doctors office it’s now more of a corporate cash cow. From offering things like an internet dr to the way they pump you threw. They used to take the time and really try to evaluate what was wrong and discuss it with you. It’s lost the feeling of the doctor you went to your whole life and formed a relationship with. It just seams like a place concerned with the money not the care they offer.
