Very pleased with my visit. The only complaint I have is that I was instructed to arrive at 7:45 and the doors were locked. One of the staff was arriving and told me that the office doesn't open until 8:00. When told that I was instructed to be there at 7:45 the response was that it was a "generated"instruction which was the case but it was WRONG.

Scheduling was great. Check in was check in. Then there was some kind of emergency with another patient and as a result l was there for one hour and fifteen minutes. Ten minutes was the actual amount of time I was with the NP. She asked a few questions, looked in my ears, listened to my lungs, and left the room. When she returned, she told me I didnt have a sinus infection, something to do with the time that had passed and told me I should take Mucinex and that everything was written down on a group of papers she handed me. Good enough, I guess.

Exceptional care and kindness from the women staffing the Yale urgent care in Fairfield. The receptionist, nurse, and NP were all extremely accommodating and kind. We will always go back there!

Had an allergic reaction to something and the staff took me in immediately! Before I knew it they provided me with the proper medications and care. I was also given a reference for an allergist to get an evaluation.

The entire staff were so incredibly caring and compassionate and extremely through I made an appointment didn’t have to wait to long. Check in was easy. Highly recommend.

Was super easy to schedule and the office space was clean. The student PAs bedside manner was exceptional. She was kind, listened to my complaints, and validated my feelings. She will make a great PA one day. However the male PAs bedside manner was a little concerning He asked me “what do you want me to do” which I found snarky. And when I responded “I need help managing my symptoms” he told me that was “interesting” ???? I appreciate the initiative for patient led care, but it was more of an interaction that gave the vibe  of “what ridiculous things do you think you need from me” more than what can I do as a provider to help you. However, I did feel like after that initial interaction the provider did begin to take me more seriously when he realized I was truly sick by taking a look at me. I do realize providers in these urgent cares are probably burnt out from cold/flu season and am taking that into consideration. Overall I received good care and the things I need to get better.

My care team was beyond professional I fainted for a blood draw no fault of any staff and I was treated exceptionally well

It was a great experience the staff was very efficient and friendly from check in to leaving. It was also a very healthy safe and clean environment thank you for your time and service I would recommend this facility and it's providers
