The front desk staff person was friendly and knowledgeable. I waited just a few minutes and the nurse came to get me. She was kind & understanding of my concern.  There was about a 10 minute wait after my initial evaluation before the PA entered the room. He too was friendly, listened to my concerns and developed a plan of care that was amicable to both of us. I highly recommend this facility for non-life threatening illness or injury.

Went in for swollen submandibular glands, was told to take antihistamine that made me worse, woke up with dry eyes and throat, submandibular glands swollen worse, felt worse all over. Anyone with Sjrogens Syndrome (saliva glands not working properly) should not take anything that dries you out more. Will be doing more internet searching on Sjrogens to figure this out on my own seeing doctors don't listen to you and evaluate properly! Nurse was very unpleasant until I started speaking up to her as I am retired from the medical field, doctor checked ears and throat, do doctors not study anything about submandibular glands (saliava associated) ??? Told to see ENT, glands are Endocrine System!!!
