Make sure to stay on top of them for your bill. They will not send anything out for 7 months, then send you to collections at the same time as the bill. The billing department is a nightmare to deal with, can't talk to anyone only email which takes almost a month for a response. Even with proof of payment they will tell the collections agency that you haven't paid and you have to jump through extra hoops to prove you did. I don't care if the experience was good, the billing is a nightmare.
