It was my first time at Carbon Health Urgent Care and it was a wonderful experience. From the young lady at the front desk, to Abby, to Lara. They were all very friendly and helpful. It’s no fun being under the weather, but it great when you receive outstanding care.

NextCare Urgent Care, Leavenworth - 1100 N 4th St

My experience here was very poor. I barely was able to drive myself to get seen and cared for either COVID or Flu. After the test, the technician informed me that I had the Flu. I was offered no medication despite having massive chills, body aches, fever, and congestion. For a day and a half after the visit, I suffered with full blown symptoms. I wish I had a choice of providers that accepted my insurance plan because this clinic does not provide standardized care. Again, I was not provided any medication and suffered with symptoms for days later.

This visit was for an annual DOT physical. Although there were 6 people ahead of me I didn’t have too long of a wait. Check in was quick and all staff were very friendly and professional. I really like this office for both urgent care visits as well as to have my physicals for work done.

I was able to schedule that day be seen that day and the office lady was very friendly and smiled which was welcoming but then I went into the room and was waiting on the doctor to see me she had a dry attitude and and a unwelcoming tone and face I wasn’t trying to be an inconvenience I was trying to be seen I was not feeling well

I must have been lucky to arrive before the room became full. I came at the right time. The quality of care is very good, for they paid attention to me and took care of my needs including health care items and the prescriptions (I did not have to go to Walgreens to pick up my Rx). Although their furniture appear to be old (from the 80's), it was clean and sterile; it didn't bother me at all. Staff friendliness is 5 star, they were all very nice and accommodating. I would def. recommend you to visit ONLY if you came at the right time - otherwise I have heard that the wait time is a long time if the room is full.
