I haven’t heard any results from the tests I took. My symptoms have stayed the same or worsened.  I was never called like they said they would.

I have a PCP, but when it comes to actual sickness, I can never get in the day that I need to be seen. For me that’s pretty urgent because with an asthmatic background anything that I have that some draining can rapidly go to bronchitis and pneumonia. Which is why I choose to come to Carbon Health because I always can get straight in be seen and be taken care of within the same day and get on meds before my respiratory issue  gets extremely severe.

My daughter is a regular with her two boys, and they continually sing the praises of the quality of Care from the staff on site. After a week of trying to medicate with OTC products, I decided to go to the clinic. Knowing how pleased she has been I didn’t consider going anywhere else for my urgent  care. Scheduling was easy online I had virtually no wait time and the quality of Care was top-notch. Couldn’t ask for any better care.

There were some interesting people in the waiting room and they were very escalated.  The staff did such a great job handling them.  That threw off the scheduling a bit but it wasn’t their fault.  I do wish that the people who had appointments at 5 pm got to go in first, but I’m not sure if that’s how the triage process works at this location.  Staff is always so kind.  I go out of my way to go this location just because I always have great care.

I was experiencing some abdominal pain and was visiting from out of state. I was met with great customer service and the nurse practitioner, and registered nurses were exquisite. I enjoyed speaking with them and had the most wonderful care. Everything was smoothly and I would not thank them enough. Definitely recommend and will return back.

Everyone I encountered today provided exceptional service.  They were kind, considerate, caring, and very thorough in their explanations.  I appreciate their follow up to my health issues.

l easily made an appointment before the office opened. Check-in was quick and the staff was helpful and friendly. Great care. I was in and out in less than 30 min.
