NextCare Urgent Care, 6th St

Called and made an appointment, and got seen in 20 minutes. Check in was simple and easy as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took very good care of me

Scheduled same day but called back to say xray person wouldn't be in till tomorrow. I was not in hurry( older broken bone) Dr. Informative. Bone not broken. Gave me instructions for care. Actual Radiologist called me next day informed me of arthritis in that area.as well as no fracture.

The doctors bed side manner was abrupt and not friendly.

The staff was quick, informative, thorough, and knowledgeable. They resolved my issue excellently. The facilities were disgusting. Splatters on the walls and door handles, scuffs and stains on the floor. Smears where chairs have rubbed on the floor for years. The entire office needs a deep cleaning and floor polish. I am seriously reconsidering ever using this urgent care again due to the state of the facilities.

waited over an hour to be seen. just to be told i need to gargle with salt water when i clearly had an infection. was told to call back if symptoms worsened, so i did. i was told that in order to be prescribed antibiotics, i would need to be seen again and pay another copay even though my symptoms were the exact same. this place is ran by mean girl nursing students. seriously probably the worst urgent care i have ever been to

Seen for UTI, staff was very friendly and super helpful.  Care was very timely. Very good experience.

Scheduling was fine, I appreciated being able to schedule late on a Saturday. I got taken back close to my appointment time. I sat in the room for about 20 minutes after vitals and such were done. I honestly thought they had forgotten me and were locking up.  Erin was very dismissive of my misery. (It takes a lot for me to go to the doctor’s office if I do. Not feel well.) She brushed off what I told her as what everyone was experiencing and said she would send something for cough into my pharmacy of choice. I had previously seen Dr. Elo at this location and he was great. I don’t feel like I will return if Erin’s my caregiver. Waste of 140$

Cut my self pretty deep cooking, luckily jasmine was there to save the day, she was so quick, so easy and so friendly, it was incredible

Doctor was great but honestly the nurse was very unfriendly to me and my wife. Just rushed, didn’t care, zero care

Now that allergy season is here it came on with a bang for me and your doctor was very efficient and effective. got me right in and out with the prescription that I needed
