The wait time was long but that is on me for not realizing I can schedule ahead.  Hopefully I won’t be back soon but I know where to go for future urgent care needs.

I have chronic, complicated health issues & recently moved here from out of state. The doctor and nurse were so patient with me. The doctor was honest and encouraging. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Got in when my pcp didn’t have an open spot and was taken care of quickly.

I went to urgent care after falling down a flight of stairs, which resulted in a concussion, a gash on my head and a gash on my arm. I went there expecting to be evaluated and treated. When I arrived, the receptionist had me complete the required information online and pay a $75 co-pay. I was taken back to an exam room only to be told that they were unable to do anything for me and that I needed to go to the ER. I completely understand that some injuries require a higher level of care and that may have not been equipped to treat me. What I found very disappointing however was that I was still charged the full $75 co-pay even though the only service I received was being taken into an exam room and told to go to the ER. I asked if the co-pay could at least be refunded since they were unable to provide any treatment, but I was told no. I feel that charging $75 under the circumstances was unfair, especially considering the seriousness of my injuries and the fact that I ultimately had to go to the ER anyway. I understand that there may be policies regarding co-pays but from a patient’s perspective paying $75 for essentially being told to seek care somewhere else did not feel reasonable.

Being able to book online before heading to the clinic is super nice. I still had to wait past my appointment time slot but the wait wasn’t bad. Not too bad for a Sunday.  Doctor and nurse were all very kind.  Very clean facility.  Will be back when sick on the weekend again. I would recommend to a friend.

On a trip and forgot important medicine. Was thankfully able to obtain an emergency ration for a few days. They saved me from having my trip to see my family spoiled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Staff was wonderful and helpful. I was in and out. Easy to set the appointment up online!

They make things very easy all I did was walk in talk to the nurse in the front got checked in waited maybe 30-45 min for the doc to meet with me and most of that was filling out paper work as it was my first time going in. 45 min for a random walk in with people in if front of me is a good wait time. They were also very professional and help me with what I needed.

Great service all around.check-in was timely. All staff were friendly, respectful, and attentive. Care of both the nurse and PA were fabulous
