I woke up this morning with a severe uti. I'm not from here at all so I just googled the closest urgent care. From scheduling online, the receptionist, nurse and PA, they were 100% fantastic. Very sweet and caring! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! 💯 recommend

Scheduled an appt to avoid wait time. Walk in clinic patients were seen before held appointments.

My grandson and I were both seen. Receptionist was helpful and kind. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was very kind and patient. Dr came into our room within minutes. She was very kind and thorough. She was not too anxious to jump to medication or antibiotics. She took her time with my grandson and myself. She answered all of our questions. I didn't feel hurried at all!! My antibiotics were called in right away!! I have had to go to different urgent care centers since I received the covid vaccines and this one had definitely been the best! I would definitely recommend this one! Thanks again for your professionalism, kindness and the prompt care that you gave us at this visit. I would highly recommend this provider

I had not been feeling well for a few days and was able to book an appointment same day. I arrived to my appointment early and ended up waiting 45 minutes passed my appointment time before being seen. The nurse who took my vitals was very friendly but the doctor who saw me seemed uninterested and was with me for less than 3 minutes. Finally, I requested an itemized bill and never received it and am now struggling to get in contact with someone who can provide me with one.

Even though I had an early morning appt I still expected a long wait time and was pleasantly surprised to be on my way within 30 minutes of my appt.

Was feeling awful from a UTI and my doctor is not open on Saturdays.  Great to have option for care outside of emergency room care.  Excellent care. Don’t hesitate to use them for general sicknesses.

Both front office and the doctors/ nurses are amazing! I had to bring in both of my young kiddos in to get check because panda was closed for 3 hrs and they are just frustrating.  Next care team was amazing with my kids and made me has a mom that has her hands full felt welcomed and was just great overall!  Thank you so much!

Had increasingly sore throat over 10 days, hard to swallow then, ear pain helped make the decision to see a provider who asked me to open my mouth and say ahh but didn't actually look in my throat before saying it looked fine and that I should take allergy meds and Flonase. Waste of 45 minutes and my copay.

Understaffed, and not clean office. Once I finally got back to see the provider it was fine, but that took 45 min

I find the receptionist rude and incredibly hard to understand. Either she mumbles or her dialect is very hard to understand. So, on the phone or in person I do not like dealing with her.
