1st Choice Urgent Care, Virtual Visit

I never got my appointment I sat for 20 mins in a waiting room, very upset.

R Hensley is such a nice PA !    ( Shelby location)) I have sinus and throat.  He knew what to give snd visit was pleasant and good.

I had an excellent experience with my virtual urgent care visit. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed to set up my appointment. She even reassured me that if I had any trouble, she would be available to walk me through it. That kindness made the process so much easier. The provider was wonderful! He reminded me a little of Saint Nicholas, and his warm smile immediately made me feel comfortable. When you’re sick and don’t feel your best, a friendly face makes a difference. He asked great questions, listened to my concerns, and was able to assess my symptoms and provide a diagnosis during our virtual visit. The appointment was quick, professional, and completed in a timely manner without feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the care I received. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to my friends!

Staff was very helpful when I called because I was having trouble with the the app. Nicole from the SCS office  stayed on the phone and walked me through. Dr. From Rochester was very helpful and addressed all my concerns

Woke up feeling weak with a deep cough, loss of voice, shortness of breath, and body aches. As someone with asthma, any cold that goes to my lungs hits me hard. I had already done a breathing treatment at home but knew that would only help with one of my symptoms. Around 9am I made the first telehealth appointment available at 10:10am. Uploading my insurance card and id was simple and easy. As I was waiting for the appointment, I received a text message that my provider was ready early. The NP I saw was easy to talk to and asked great questions. He told me he wasn’t able to check my lungs through a telehealth appointment but was able to see that my PCP has given me prednisone and a cough suppressant before. He wrote me a prescription for both of those and told me that if I wasn’t feeling better the next day then come into the office. Thankfully I’m feeling much better the next day. Would highly recommend 1st Choice Urgent Care.

I had a telehealth visit and the doctor prescribed me what I needed and I started feeling so much better soon after.  I had bronchitis/laryngitis and sinus pain.  I work in an elementary school.

Doctor was helpful and went over my daughter’s history in depth to make sure we also had a game plan moving forward. Which was professional and appreciated. Only issue is we’re still waiting on the prescriptions to be sent over to the pharmacy who is saying they have yet to see anything sent over a few hours later and I’m unsure how to reach back out to the urgent care for confirmation that prescriptions will be sent over today?
