They take good care of me every time I have respiratory issues whether it's in person or virtual. Best place to go to in Garden City! I highly recommend going here if you're sick and can't get to your regular doctor.

The medic I met with was very polite and friendly. Listened closely and made a reasonable diagnosis. Appreciated his empathy and the conversation.

Won’t make this long and will sum it up; waited over an hour for a virtual visit only for the nurse practitioner to tell me to bring my kid in to the office. Didn’t care to listen, assumed he has something that he doesn’t and had a bored frustrated look on his face. I recommend to use a different option than 1st choice/solv.

I waited in the cue for 30 minutes and no provider ever took my video visit. I’ve dealt with this for 3 years and this has never happened to me. Very horrible experience.
