Went in for a skin rash and received great care. Staff was very friendly and concerned for all the patients and the wait time was short. I was examined and given an RX and out of clinic in an hour. The RX was perfect and I am grateful to the medical staff for helping me out. I can now continue my vacation. Thank you

Wanted to say thank you again. After going to another urgent care the day before and they missed a fracture on my son’s arm and was clearly in pain, I went to A plus and they were able to see his fracture and get him splinted, wait time even with an appointment, however could have been better.

The doctor refused to treat me with an injection and prednisone then when she came in the room she said I have you on recording like I was being harrassed I’m in excruciating pain and needed prednisone my face is severely broken out this doctor is the worst

The app was a bit troublesome I tried to book at one office and after putting in my insurance I was switched to a closer office. The office staff is very friendly and outgoing. The PA that assisted went above and beyond, she listened and explained, plus she gave advice if other symptoms were present. We walked out of the office talking to each other in how impressed we were in this office visit and how much information we received.

Waited an hour and a half, for a 20 min appointment. Daughter got medication sent to pharmacy for ear infection and they sent it to the wrong one. I now have to drive 35 minutes to get it. Why do you do all this confirming of information if you’re not going to get it correct.

Went to Aplus for urgent care. Staff was great, nurse practitioner Lois Sprague was great, service was quick and wait time was minimal. Then they had to ruin it by sending me a bill despite signing an agreement with my insurance to accept their payment as payment in full. I am informing my insurance because clearly they should not be an approved provider.

Wish I’d been given something for pain (even Tylenol)

I had a terrible backache. The staff really took care of me. I feel they went above and beyond. I was walked to my vehicle to be sure I'd make it there. Back spasms are the worst. Im very happy that everything was explained to me.

Front staff very helpful with med history paperwork. They scheduled an appointment for me next day when I needed to reschedule(couldn’t wait any longer due to needed to get home). PA gave me exactly what I needed to clear up cough and congestion. I will be back whenever I need urgent care. I highly recommend!

Had tremendous soreness in my big toe for no obvious reason.  They got me right in, examined me & came to the conclusion that I might have Gout.  They gave me a prescription for steroids & a painkiller.  The staff was very friendly & professional.  I will always go back to that Urgent Care!
