I had a great experience at A Plus Urgent Care! The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The team made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. I have been feeling rough for two weeks and not getting any better. I decided today is the day to go to urgent care. The staff was wonderful. I got worst while there but the NP kept working on me until I was better. The entire staff were so patient and compassionate. I really appreciate the care I was given.

Everyone was great except the NP However, would go nack

Everything was fine, except for when the decision assistant came in and did nothing to help me.

Everything was really good, but then they did a rapid Covid test instead of a PCR, which would’ve given me the results that I need to know whether or not I should take an antiviral or not and then when I told them to give me one instead of the Paxlovid, no one told me that the Paxlovid, even though it causes nausea.. saves 88% of the people from hospitalization or death I am very, very sick and so is my husband and we still haven’t gotten the medicine because it was way too expensive for that one and we called trying to get the PAXLOVID and no one answered or called Walgreens back and the people at Walgreens were very accommodating trying to help my husband and myself as we are both senior citizens. I am 70 and my husband is 85 and I have a compromised immune system so now I never got a PCR TEST AND I MIGHT HAVE KNOW TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY IF I ACTUALLY HAVE COVID OR IF I’M SUFFERING WITH SOME HORRIBLE OTHER VIRUS THAT IS CAUSING MY SORE THROAT, MY RUNNY NOSE, MY BODY ACHES, MY CHILLS, MY FATIGUE, MY WEAKNESS, AND MY LOW-GRADE ON AND OFF FEVER AND A SLIGHT DRY COUGH

I was very disappointed that the PA didn’t prescribe a pain killer for me . I have 3 broken ribs ( which is very painful) yet he passed the request for a painkiller on to the next doctor I needed to see

Well, as far as scheduling the appointment, I learned that about the verification code however, after the appointment we could not pick up the details of the visit

Just needed an x-ray and the staff was very helpful.

Great place when need treatment  Wait time is mostly always a long wait but great service
