I had an excellent experience using the urgent care tele-chat service. The platform was extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was kind, courteous, and very informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for convenient and professional care.

Staff was very friendly! I am not very good with a computer but the ease of breaking the appointment and logging on was very helpful. My appointment started within two minutes of logging in so there was no wait time! Very pleased.:)

The doctor I spoke to on zoom was very rude. She didn’t want to hear what I had to say, even though she didn’t want to hear what I had to say she did go ahead and give me some medication, but she was very rude and I would not recommend to have her again

Service guy Curtis was really good and his mechanics fix the problem the first time. I will be taking my truck back there if any problem comes up and for servicing.  Thank you, North Toyota.

First time I’ve ever felt like a Dr. took me seriously. Dove in and asked very detailed questions to make sure all bases were covered.
