They have nothing to scan you with. so it was a waste of time.

Very bad. The nurse was very rude and very impatient. The doctor rushed me out without performing nay test. No covid test. So I left and got a covid test and I am positive for covid. So I wasted 50$ on a visit when I could have just went to Walgreens. I would like a refund but know I won't get one. The worst experience I've ever had at a doctor and will he letting anyone know that asks the same thing. Absolutely will never come back and will never recommend

Have been having issues with my ears and it felt like fluid was building up against my inner ear drums. It first started with my left ear and now today my right ear started having the same problem. I went to the clinic and was prescribed a steroid pack and to start taking musenex and woke up this morning feeling better.

The person who took my vitals talked entirely too much which made the process slower. I felt they should’ve did more than two swabs but hey whatever.

The lady at the check in was asleep when I walked in and did not greet me or say anything to me. Did not offer to check me in or even explain how to check in. The doctor was very nice though and professional. Overall though I wouldnt recommend this place. No one wants to be ignored or treated like they are an inconvenience when they are trying to get help.

I was very detailed about the what services i needed. I was still examined and paid with staff knowing i needed to go to a primary care with imaging services. There was no need to proceed with examination and be charged after details i gave.

This cute little clinic was friendly fast and easy!

Had this been my first time at Access I would never return. The Dr on staff was obviously unhappy prior to entering my room. You could see it on her face at the desk. She came in with an attitude, started talking to me with her back towards me and a mask on. I asked her to repeat herself and explained I couldn’t hear or understand what she said and from that point on it was contentious. I was attempting to tell her what she was telling me that we were on the same page but her responses were demeaning. She did not fill out paperwork fully. I went back in to be sure my muscle relaxer was refilled as it was missing from my paperwork. I asked her to add it and reprint. She claimed she had sent the script in but she must have pushed it too fast and that was why it was not on my paperwork. After I came back in she said she printed it 3 times and could not figure out how to fix it. I asked that she add the addition in and sign it which she did, but I should not have needed to go through all that.

Have had a cough for a few weeks. Decided to finally get an appointment. Easy to make the appointment through the app. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me immediately. Took a few minutes for them to call me back. The nurse was very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was so very sick but got right into see the PA.  She was awesome.  Got treated without scheduling an appointment.  Absolutely best care I've gotten in a long time.  Highly recommend this quality care team.
