Woke up with a sore throat and fever. Walked in and had to wait for 25 minutes before being seen. The office lobby was tidy but the exam room was not. Then after the exam I was told that I had COVID-19 and told that they would give me steroids for the inflammation in my throat. I left the facility with office visit summery and a doctor's note for work. They never sent over the steroid meds to my pharmacy and when I called back the next day they informed me that someone would be in contact. Which no one ever did.

I was able to schedule a 1:40pm around 7am. I arrived at the clinic surprised by how empty the parking lot was. I didn’t wait in my car like I usually do. The receptionist told me their systems had been down since yesterday and they couldn’t even see who was scheduled. I started calling around to get in somewhere. If the clinic couldn’t see people why was the Solv app still letting people book appts. I wasted an afternoon of work trying to get seen somewhere else as a walk in. Prior to this incident I have only had amazing reviews. I hope this issue has a been resolved.

Went to urgent care around 12 yesterday and had such a great experience! Faith at the front desk was GREAT and so welcoming! Yesenia, the nurse, was very friendly and made the visit comfortable. And Courtnie, the provider, is ALWAYS AWESOME! I always love going when she’s working.  Overall, 10/10 experience and definitely recommend!

My daughter suffered a week with a severe cough among other symptoms. First I tried to bring her in and the receptionist refused to allow us to do a walk in and demanded I had no choice but to schedule. So instead of her being seen at 11 she had to continue to suffer until 4. Only for them to only take her vitals and not run any tests. No swabs were done and the doctor blindly prescribed a steroid. This left me feeling very uneasy so I had to take her for a second opinion in the ER and had to have her there for an additional 4 hours. I avoid ers for that reason but this experience with the urgent care left be feeling like my daughter was over looked. You would think that a one year old that is wheezing and having coughing fits that causes her to stop breathing would be more of a priority. VERY disappointed
