Everything went great not what I expected on my X-rays, staff was wonderful and understood my needs  Thanks to all staff

Had a person from another center working lobby so wait time was a little longer which is ok. When we went back we had just set in the room and our doctor was already walking into the room! Was given my shot and prescription and went home, maybe took a total of 10 minutes once we were in the back!

I have been fighting a cold for a week the cough became unbearable. I searched urgent care near me. I chose Access because they have X Ray on site (Since my chest is the problem I assumed I might need an X Ray.) I received a friendly greeting. They have both paper and mobile check-in. I am older so I prefer the paper form. The waiting area is spacious with lots of seating. The place is decorated with a warm decor that fosters comfort while you wait.  When I was seen I was treated with such compassion and felt genuine concern. The exam room is decorated with warm soothing colors and decor. I felt comfortable and it smelled clean. My prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy and I was on my way. The process was smooth and simple. To be honest I expected a much longer wait. I will be going there from now on. Thank you TEAM access I actually felt better before I was even treated. I strongly recommend them.

Got up this morning with what I thought was so UTI turned down the bladder infection they made an appointment so I mean a time we diagnosed it and I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Great I would definitely do it again.

Courtnie was the best ! When I came in she knew exactly what was wrong. The nurses yesnia and denaria were also very nice. Will come again !

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.   Wait time was a little longer than usual due to low staffing.   All was well!

Quick and easy last minute checkup for a child. The child was seen heard and respected and we left within an hour even with just showing up.

I went in for a rash.  I made the appt online and it was a simple process.  I arrived 10 minutes early and on sit for a minute or so before i got called back.  All the nurses i dealt with were very professional and very nice.  The doctor was the same.  The staff member at the front desk was also very professional and nice.
