Easy scheduling, quick and friendly check in, all staff were nice

These people are the greatest they were very concerned about my issue and the appointment was same day I would recommend 👌 anyone to them in 1 day I am healed .I want to say thanks I appreciate you all!

Scheduling and check-in went very smoothly. Very kind and friendly receptionist.  The staff were friendly and professional. The care was great and I was taken care of by Dr. John. Thank you, the medication you prescribed has worked well.

Felt sick night before!! Scheduled on line for next morning!! Came into clinic, promptly seen and tested!! Treatment and plan of care was completed by Dr. and I was on my way!!

Medical Centers / NextCare Rating: 1/5 Stars I am deeply disgusted by the appalling treatment my daughters and I received at this facility. We waited a very long time for X-rays, and the exam room we were put in was completely filthy—it clearly had not been cleaned between patients and looked like it hadn't been sanitized in days. Because the wait was running so long, it began to conflict with an essential, time-sensitive appointment we had for our FFA program animals. When I tried to discuss our timeline, the care provider (who I believe is a nurse practitioner) became incredibly rude. She told me that if we stepped out, our care would stop and they would withhold the radiology results and visit records. Worse than her lack of flexibility was her completely unprofessional, cruel demeanor. She mocked me, falsely claimed I was "prioritizing a dog over my daughter," and repeatedly talked over me. She then proceeded to laugh at me and ridicule me in front of my daughters to her co-workers. Being degraded and humiliated by a medical professional while trying to care for my family is unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness is a health hazard, and the staff's behavior is a disgrace. Management needs to address this provider's conduct immediately.

I booked my appointment online and my Dr was Dr Courtney and she was amazing and I do t remember the last that checked me in but she was equally amazing!!!

I went in about 7:30pm after discovering a tick imbedded in my arm. Though it was almost closing time I received great care.

I’ve been waiting on test results for a week, I’ve been getting called once a day since Friday today is Monday. Every time I get called they leave a voicemail and when I call back NO ONE answers the phone. I’ve called over 12x in the last 4 days including today ( Monday morning ) and can not get anyone to answer. I’m working this week and this is ridiculous

This was the smoothest visit at any urgent care in the last 5 years I have ever experienced. I scheduled online through the app (you can also do it on their website). I was able to do all paperwork online the night before the appointment and I checked in, in my car. The staff was even short handed and never would I have know. Besides the fact that they were extremely kind to us parents and our child, they were understanding, we were in an out in like 30 mins. Showed a little early like 8:20 to an 8:30 appt time, out by 8:40. (To preference we were there for a bug bite so they didn’t have to run any tests) either way I will still be going back. The nurse and provider listened to what we had to say and showed genuine compassion and joy to help on a Sunday morning nonetheless!   Thank you!

Booked appointment the day before and arrived the next day on time but my toddler and I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.
