After getting up this morning and being unable to schedule an appointment with my medical provider. This care center made it possible to be seen in a promptly manner. I truly trust & value the professionalism of the doctors and staff this facility has on hand. I have always been treated with the up most respect and decency. And I am truly grateful for this facilities location & willingness to provide medical assistance to all patients rather by appointment or walk in!!

Lady at front desk wasn’t to friendly when u first walk in if ur new and not sure what to do don’t ask just grab ur phone scan the qr on the cabinet and fill out ur paper work

Scheduling an appointment on the app is so easy. Check-in was so easy. They got me in super fast. The provider was very educated very helpful. Answered all my questions and all my concerns.

The doctor was very sweet and helpful. She didn’t find anything wrong with us but sent out urine for cultures! So hoping for answers!

Appreciated that I was not rushed and felt I had time to explain my kind of unusual problem due to a regular doctor causing me to feel doubt,   I would recommend this clinic.

I went in with really bad ringing in my ear and pain in my throat area. I was not super uncomfortable. It's just the ringing was annoying me. There was a slight emergency right before me so I did have to wait a little longer, but it was no problem at all. Everybody was super friendly and wonderful to work with. I would definitely come back the next time I need to be there.

Doctor was wonderful and caring to my son but the front desk charged my card without notifying me of the cost of my copay before hand. Then they proceeded to be rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional to my mother about the copay being incorrect for my son's visit. I am now going to have to wait for a refund for my visit cost because they were unapologetic and completely unprofessional to my mother who was taking care of this visit. I am an owner of a medical facility and a Doctor myself and I would never let my staff speak to my patient or a patient's family member the way both front desk spoke to my mother. The doctors may be phenomenal but a poor front desk will ruin a reputation and a business fast.

Very pleased with treatment I received at this urgent care. All staff were friendly, helpful & understanding. Dr Ruffin was super  as well as secretary & nurse. Very thankful for the care they provided!

Woke up with bad sinus infection.Walked in filled out paperwork , called back within 15 minutes.Office is clean,smelled amazing ,staff friendly .Doctor came in accessed me gave meds.In and out 30 minutes would definitely go back.
