Twisted my knee after a days activities. Knee swollen. Next morning which is a Sunday I got online looking to see if urgent care was open. Sure enough. It was a breeze scheduling an got my appt. Check-in was quick and was able to be see quickly. They helped my problem and got my meds an a knee brace. Total time with schedule check in and being seen and out the door, all in under 45 mins. Only place I come too when in need of urgent care. I 💯 recommend this place. Wait time, an office and the staff I give 5 stars ⭐️

I really don't like the new text-based check-in. I don't have my phone in my hands constantly and had no idea they'd even sent mandatory check-in docs until I got there. I especially didn't like having to take my own pics of my ID. There was no paper alternative. If my phone had been out of battery or if I'd left it at home, I would have been out of luck. I like the clinic and the people but am going to be looking for one that doesn't depend on texts.

The people were great and the process was great. The only thing is that, since I was the only one in the waiting room and I still had to wait a total about 20 min in the medical room (after vitals taken), it made me concerned of how much more I would have to wait if there had been others in the waiting room.

Was in and out quick. Front desk, MA & Provider was very nice.

Triage nurse was very uncaring and on the verge of rude with her attitude. She portrayed someone who didn’t want to be there, clearly.  The front desk staff was fine. They were friendly and helpful. The PA was informative & very helpful. He took the time to explain why I was feeling the way I was feeling despite there not being an active ear infection.

Received quick and professional service. Staff attended to my needs for follow up visit. The wound issue was retreated and final advice given.

All staff are friendly from checkin to getting vitals and seeing the doctor.  Process was seamless.  I Highly recommend Access Medical Center Urgent Care.
