Everything went smoothly. Very short wait time and the staff couldn’t have been midterm friendly.

Made an appointment on the app.  Very easy.   Care was good.  The waiting area needs a good cleaning/repaint but the room was clean and fine.  We always get great care here so we appreciate them being here.

Walked in w/out app. Was in and out within 45 minutes. The staff were SO polite! The PA and nurse were very caring and concerned. I’m so glad I went there!!!

I had been fight what I thought was a cold for 2 weeks.  I woke up on Thursday morning and accepted that it was more and I needed to go into the minor emergency.   I'm so glad I did.  The care I received was top tier.  If the PA that handled my care works in a doctors office I would transfer to her and use her as my primary care physician. She is that good and so was everyone else

I was dealing with a outbreak of gout in my hand and the office was quick to get me in and I waited less than five minutes and once care was administered I was on my way and the next day I could already see the results of my visit so thank you Very much.

Made an appointment at our local clinic for 9:00 the next morning. Received multiple text messages confirming appointment, including the morning of. Showed up at my clinic 15 minutes before appointment time. Noticed that there was not a car in the parking lot but waited anyways. After 40 minutes of waiting I called a clinic in another town. They informed me that my clinic was closed for the day. NEVER did I receive any notification that my clinic was closed NOR my appointment was canceled.  With all the technology that they have access to, I should have been notified! My time is just as important as theirs.  WILL NEVER EVER USE THESE FACILITIES AGAIN!!!!!

I made an appointment due to spotting and when I went in all they were willing to do was a UA. They refused to actually look to see where the blood was coming from and said I’d have to go to the ER or my Dr for that sort of an exam.  Seems strange that I couldn’t be looked at, even if they couldn’t do any further testing, I just wanted to know where the blood was coming from.

Rude staff, still sick . Only got 1 of my issues addressed. Only tested me for strep and sent me home nevative did not test me for anything else
