I woke up yesterday at 7:09am and was feeling sick, so I got on line and booked a reservation online for 10. I got there 10 minutes early and checked in. I waited about 45-50 minutes. The people ahead of me were walkins and I don’t understand why I needed a reservation if you are going to take the walkins ahead of me. I understand that they got there ahead of me, but I had a reservation and I should have gone in before them.

Had an ear infection and I was in and out within an hour. This included having an ear wax flush besides the exam.

We were just walk-in patient . My granddaughter had a cough and started getting shortness of breath. We got back quickly, nurse did nasal swabs and doctor came in soon after. He examined her and ordered a chest x-ray. She had a little pneumonia starting. Doctor explained everything to us and ordered prescriptions and we were on our way. Excellent experience for us. Glad they were there for us.

I had appointment for 820 check in at 8:05. They open at 8 AM. It was just me and one other person in there and the doors opened and it still took a long time for my appointment. The provider seemed very nice. My biggest complaint was it was  extremely dirty. I was there when the doors open on a Monday morning, and you would think that it would be clean. The floors had so much dirt on them, not only in the waiting room, but in the exam room. Everything looks old and kinda of old and broke down. Again, my biggest issue here was it was not clean.

Everyone was very friendly, I felt bad because they were trying to leave early with the weather. I’m glad they were able to get me in such short notice.

At time of the appointment i had been sick with a high fever since sunday and it was the first day I felt relatively normal aside from body aches, migraine, and a pretty bad cough. Which is why I went in plus work needed a drs note. I knew my blood pressure was going to be on the high side, but I'm working on getting it fixed. I understand being concerned about it but he didn't have to make my entire visit a lecture about talking to a pcp and taking better care of myself. I'm 34 I get it. I'm working on it. Focus on what my visit is for which he tried to blame all but the cough on the blood pressure instead of me actually being sick...for 2.5 days I ran a fever that ranged from 99.8 to 104.5 even with taking ibuprofen to reduce the fever. It's as if he only saw the blood pressure and my weight and assumed my sickness was because of those 2 issues... Im not disappointed with the rest of the staff they were polite and gave great patient care. I'm disappointed with the dr that finished off my care, he was rude and insensitive.
