The only problem that I experienced was the wait time. I don’t know why there is an option to schedule an appointment if it’s still going to be first come first serve.

I went into Skiatook office.  Ladies at the front desk (check-in) were the best.  Very helpful and personable.  Their nurse, Carol was absolutely wonderful.  Very nice,  personable and friendly.  Extremely supportive and comfortable atmosphere.  I will go back.

Came in with a sick baby. Dr carol? Was less than pleasant. Hardly let me talk to explain the last couple days. Ordered a chest x ray quick fast and in a hurry (usually a good thing but wasn’t in that manor, felt more annoyed he had to work, as no one else was there to be seen.) didn’t even come back in the room to give the diagnosis. Stood at the door ready to leave. I wasn’t even able to ask any more questions or have anything else on my son looked at. The nurse or MA was great. Super sweet. Slightly rushed. I would love to use the word hate the Skiatook, urgent care. I always drive to owasso. Seeing that this was Easter and a Sunday, I didn’t have much to pick from. I definitely felt more like an inconvenience I must have interrupted all this free time. Lady at the desk was nice and patient and my son wouldn’t listen as it was nap time and sick.. there were ZERO other pt. there.

We had to wait about 20 minutes and here was no one else in the waiting room. The doctor spent about 3 minutes assessing the situation. After he recommended a z-pak he forgot to push send and my order didn't get to the pharmacy til my husband went back to urgent care to see what was wrong. Could happen to anyone but i was really sick and needed those meds.

Always pleased when I need to use the Skiatook facility. Friendly and prompt. Only complaint is they close unexpectedly when hours online say open.

Booked online at the Bartlesville’s location, received confirmation texts, and arrived to find the building closed. Phone number on the door no longer in service. Had to drive 30 miles to a different facility to be seen.  Staff at Skiatook were accomodating but I doubt I use Access Medical anymore.

Definitely not going back they didn’t seem to even care to listen about my child’s care. They said right off the back that she had measles and turns out after taking her to on call Pediatrics she has hand foot and mouth and they were a lot better then this urgent care! They made us walk out the back door all the way around over something they never even tested or evaluated her for. So definitely don’t recommend
