I came in with a sore throat and a slight burning discomfort in my chest. I was listened to with the stethoscope (which sounded clear and fine) but was told I needed to go to a second location to get a chest X-ray. I don’t understand how we just jumped to that. It wasn’t explained to me and I ended up leaving and not continuing with the X-ray. I wasn’t diagnosed with anything and I’m not sure why I would need that and bill me for it if I probably just have a cold. We ruled out flu and Covid with tests so that’s all I needed to go back to work.

I had a sore throat so I walked in to get checked. The check-in process was smooth. It was after that things went wrong. I was waiting inside the room for over 40 minutes. When I went out to check when I would be seen, he was on his phone. He finally came in 2 minutes after, checked my throat and said he would prescribe medicine. Total time 5 minutes and that was it. No questions were asked or anything.

Felt like it was a waste of time. I have a broke tooth, don't even think it's infected just painful no swelling. All I wanted was to get it numbed up to relieve the pain I was having. Didn't even want pain medicine, just some numbing to help with my pain. It caused me to have a horrible migraine and the whole right side of my face was hurting. I couldn't get a dentist appt until April 1st. The provider told me he don't numb gums because it's only going to give me 8-12 hours of relief. Okay that's what I needed, I just needed to be able to get through the night with my 3 children. I couldn't even take them on our bike ride because the pain was too much and nothing was working. He offered me tramadol which I declined. ( I'm allergic, which it's on my profile). So I left still in pain, hopeless and helpless. Had to pay for being seen and couldn't even get the treatment I needed. Will have to find another urgent care to go to because that was not good health care. Would not recommend this provider. To you relief for 8-12 hours wasn't worth helping me. Instead you'd prefer for me to be in pain with 3 children. Unable to cook the dinner I planned on cooking, unable to go on our family bike ride. Instead of giving me 8-12 hours of relief, I had to take sleeping medicine and slept the day away smh. Thanks for nothing.
