Dr and staff are excellent.   The new check in system is absolutely terrible!  Having to photograph insurance cards at each visit and re entering the same data at each appointment is redundant.   I love the Katie and the staff at Access Medical but this new system is making me consider changing doctors.  I would recommend Katie and staff,  but not at this time due to the above check in process.   Also I’m unable to talk to a person to set up appointments and change times.  This is a road block to my satisfaction.

Should not be hard to schedule a appointment and should not require you to be computer expert to get insurance to download. This is a small community with older people not the city. Very disappointed with not having a real person answer the phone.

Everything was great but the check in process! The system has all my information but you can’t check in unless you add it all again. That’s so frustrating. You have to take everything out including your drivers license again. I would rate the staff an A+ and the new check in process a big fat F!  Can the company that created this new system please understand the frustration and also keep in mind some people still have flip phones! 🤦‍♀️
