The check in was tedious and very inpersonal. I would very much like to check in with an actual person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the girl that took my blood blew my vein out. Probably not her fault but worrisome none the less. Then I was charged full price for the visit even with insurance. This is the only office that has ever done that! I was not at all happy when I left and am considering finding another Dr.

Excellent medical care.  Highly recommended for urgent care needs. I was seen immediately after completing the check-in process.  No wait time!  I have never been seen so quickly after checking in, even with an appointment.  The staff reviewed my issue with me and prescribed medications that almost immediately resolved my problem. The staff also followed up later in the day to confirm my follow-up care referral to make certain that I was scheduled for sustained specialty care.  I could not have asked for more!  Kudos to the staff for getting me taken care of. Recommendation:  provide a tablet or other electronic device in the waiting area to support electronic check-in for patients that do not have a smart phone.  At present, you cannot receive medical care unless you have a smart phone to check in.  That is not possible for elderly patients that may not be tech savvy or low income patients that cannot afford a smart phone.
