The staff and doctor were great.  Was in to see the doctor quickly and they were very patient and through with the medical questions so I felt they were leaving no stone unturned.  I would highly recommend them.

Was told to go there for Workmen’s Comp. injury. As soon as I stated Workmen’s Comp., they looked at each other. One rolled her eyes pretty post a note on my paperwork and said I needed the company’s insurance information which I don’t have. It was already faxed over. They made a work order to go get x-rays done. They did not sign it nor have the company‘s name on it. Went to go get the x-rays they would not admit me because the paperwork was not properly filled out. They had to call them back for the conversation. The people at this facility said oh yeah we were expecting her to go today. What our paperwork is filled out. I don’t know why she doesn’t have it. Very unprofessional will never go there again. Do not recommend anybody to go there. Just be happy. I gave them a bad review. Otherwise I would not have reviewed it.

check in was slow, couldn’t sign in on my phone because a lack of signal

The staff was very nice. The RNP was very concerate to my needs.

One thing I don't like is when checking in, having to dig cards out everytime I come in. You should only have to do this once and only when there is a change in status. Not cool. And trying to focus to take a picture of the cards with a glare is not easy, and that's anywhere. I don't like AI at all!! If those computers go down so will you! Imo Other than that it's a great place to go.

I woke up this morning with a throbbing in my ear and a bunch of drainage coming out of it. Wasn't sure where to go and have heard bad things about walk-ins. But this place was actually really good. They got me in pretty quick and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I need walk-in care. Thank you for making this unpleasant situation a pleasant experience!

I was in and out in no time. Very convenient. Staff was caring and understanding to my needs.
