I’ve used access as my primary for several years, and recently the attending physician has changed. While this is something that would have made me nervous in the past, Courtney Brashear made going through the transition a breeze and always makes sure I am receiving the best care. I’ve now recommended her to my own family.

Scheduled ahead of time and paperwork was already submitted that was very convenient. The staff was great

Got appointment via scheduler. Loved it. Glad I don’t have to go through Robin who made it impossible to get an appointment. She always said they are booked up but when I showed up there was no one in the foyer😥. My experience with Robin was very frustrating & aggravating. This was not just my experience. There have been others who have said the same but never voiced their troubles.

I can’t believe I called and got an appointment for the same day, the staff where I go in Dardanelle are phenomenal. My APN is very knowledgeable and when called for she will think outside of the box. I am a 72 yo F retired RN,BSN so I know what busy practices are. You have a treasure in Courtney.

Woke up with itch all over back & arms. I checked online for availability and got an appointment. The nurse was very warm and friendly. Courtney was very professional, kind, and helpful.   However, I asked her for some samples, Dexcom and Monjaro and she said they were not allowed to accept samples. I was very disappointed. I hope soon it is allowed at this facility.  Thank you

Scheduling was easy. Did my paperwork online, Checked in went straight back to a room. The ladies in there are great. Bedside manner is great. Nice friendly people.

Had an appointment for 11 am. It took 40 mins to check in because the lady doesnt work the desk. They need better fill ins when someone is out or atleast trained a lil better. The Dr's care was excellent as usual. She is very understanding with what I see her for and so helpful!! Hugs and all!!
