I called got my baby right in and now today she's feeling better

I needed my prescriptions refilled so I called the office. I was surprised to be talking to a computer, but it went smoothly. Arriving at the office, I had to use my phone to check in. Not being tech savvy, I was a little surprised, but Cathy helped me check in. I’ll be more comfortable with it in the future. The visit went well, as usual and I was pleased.

My office visit with PCP Keisha Muse she was very helpful.  She is very easy to talk to about any health issues.  My husband and I have been very pleased as we both use this clinic.  It’s a short drive and everyone from reception and all members of staff have always been very helpful and friendly.  We are glad we found this place. Would be happy to recommend this provider.

The AI robot scheduling was a horrible experience. after booking an appointment, the receptionist called a few hours later and said there was no One working the clinic this week because they were on vacation. I received several text and solicitations for other services that I did not ask for. I tried twice after that to book another appointment but the AI robot didn’t work. I went by the office and booked an appointment in person. Today when I went for the appointment, there was a sign in procedure that required me to use my phone. I have decided to quit using Access Medical because of this and I’m going to find another service.

This new scheduling process is not for me! I do like it at all! Please go back to letting each clinic office schedule their own appointments. I am begging you for all the seniors going to your clinics!

Got my appointment quickly. I love the care they show esp. Keesha. She listens to what you have to say,welcoming any questions you might have. She also helps you understand what you are there for by explaining what you have and prescribing what you need.

Easy to schedule appointments. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Only 1 car was in the parking lot when I got there, but it still took a whole hour. Then I found out that she didn't call all my medicine in. I've heard nothing about my lab work. So disappointed

They all were GREAT !! Easy to work with and listened to my issue.

It was annoying trying to schedule my appointment. The robot was too aggressive.
