This place actually took care of me! I had a severe infection, and my previous primary doctor literally told me that it was something else entirely, not even an infection, and refused to prescribe me an antibiotic. I spent the night in the ER room, and then the next day went to urgent care. Because my symptoms had progressed, I was crying in pain, and felt like my jaw was gonna fall off, my lips were extremely swollen, and had painful blisters due to a extremely allergic, and rare side effect from my medicine that my previous doctor switched me to. The doctor here listened to me, she talked to me about what had happened, what was going on, she took me seriously, and put me on an antibiotic. Within four hours after taking the antibiotic, and I’m not even joking, my symptoms started to go away. The next morning, you wouldn’t even have recognized me, I look completely different now, almost completely back to my old self, and all it took was just one doctor that actually cared, to listen to a patient, and see that that patient had an infection and was in pain. I highly recommend this place! Not only the doctors, but the receptionist as well. Everybody was very kind and caring. I appreciate you guys so much, thank you for taking care of me when no one else would!

Friendly but care wasn’t thorough. Only one there. Took forever.

The clinic got me in to see Deana quickly. She was very thorough and knowledgeable when speaking to me about my symptoms. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. I’m in my fifties and she is the best practitioner I have seen.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to be put into a room, then waited another few minutes for the nurse, then waited a few more minutes for the Nursr Practioner. However, te results were good and the UTI is cleared up.

The patient had cellulitis and doxycycline was prescribed. It was a waste of our time and monet because it wasn't strong enough to even touch the cellulitis. Now we have to schedule and try again.

Was sick almost a week and finally decided to check in. Girl at desk was so helpful with filling out paperwork. Nurse was very attentive. Dr Stacy was so kind and thorough. So glad I chose to come to you! Thank you for getting me on the mend.

had a severe emergency and the doctor over the phone basically was telling me it’s a serious matter and i had to be tested for all the things, but at the end of my appointment she just said she would call back in 5-7 days with results instead of just treating me on the spot when i have major symptoms and am in pain. i left empty handed with continuous pain. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!

Stopped another place that had 45 minutes wait time. Came to Access and got immediate great care across b the board. Great experience. Thanks.
